1. What is computer crime?
Ans. A computer crime is any unlawful activity that is done using a computer or it is a form of a crime where internet access are used or the computers where used which act as a medium to commit a crime. There are many issues surrounding this type of  crime which have become a high-profile, particularly those that surrounds hacking, copyright infringement, child pornography and as well as child grooming.


2. Give an example of a computer crime not stated in the Computer Ethics blog 
Ans. One of the  example of computer crime is modifying data or damaging the data of other person specially those data that are very important.


3. What is stated in section 33a of Republic Act 8792
Ans. Section 33a of Republic Act 8792 states that hacking or cracking, refers to unauthorized access including the introduction of computer viruses, is punishable by a fine from 100 thousand to maximum commensurating to the damage. With imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years.

4. In Visayas State University, there is an office that deals with protecting the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of those who publish their intellectual output works. What is this office that caters with IPR concerns? Who is the head of this office?
Ans. I think the office that deals with protecting the Intellectual Property Rights(IPR) was Office of the Director of Research and Extension(ODREx)  headed by Dr. Othello B. Capuno.
